The Board of Directors (the "Board"
of Sentry Select Primary Metals Corp. (the "Corporation" (TSX: PME) announces that the Corporation's monthly cash dividend will be changed from its current rate of $0.09 per Class A share to $0.045 per Class A share. This change will be effective beginning with the monthly cash dividend payable on August 15, 2013, to shareholders of record on July 31, 2013, and will remain at this level until further guidance is provided by the Corporation.

(TSX: PME) (the "Corporation" announces that it has reviewed the Corporation's distribution payout in the context of the current environment for gold mining equities. The Corporation's manager, Sentry Investments Inc. (the "Manager", has provided the Board a detailed review of the Corporation's portfolio along with the Manager's view on the fundamentals for gold and gold mining equities.
