IF, for whatever reason, SKTO remains in Limited Info tier, it should be noted the firm is then under no obligation from OTCM to report quarterly fins per SEC time schedule. For Current Info tier, Q1 fins are due on May 15 or May 20 (late) of 2014. For Limited Info tier, the Quarterlies and EOY are due within six months of end of respective period.
