shouldn't the shareholder votes be PRed instead of a running tally

emailed between SCUMBAG CEO Matt and SCUMBAG CORE GROUP MEMEBER #2

I figured most had read before as I am new it is shocking to me when

you compare the two....with that said watch how BCAP plays out the

RS and conversions will be the rope that hangs them IMO
