I'm part of that large amount of late votes.  After an exchange of emails with Matt and talking to the help desk of OptionsXpress, I ended up talking with someone a few layers into the company structure to find that OptionsXpress wasn't aware of BCAP having a voting event.  Over the weekend, I finally recieved a notice that the voting process was set-up for my account.

Hopefully, the votes from OptionsXpress will push the voting to a close, and we can move on to higher ground.
