I just saw that. The best response is that is it is wonderful to have a company like SIRG that is open and honest with their shareholders, but that is the difference between an OTC and a pinkie company.

A stock option plan covering an aggregate of 250,000,000 shares of Class A Common Stock of the Company, which provides for the payment of various forms of 
incentive compensation to employees, consultants and directors of the Company is something not normally found on OTC stocks but then SIRG is not the usual OTC company.
