One would think so but we won't know for sure, for 30days. All I know is up to today, nothing has been reported, other than the an A/S increase.( As per the T/A today, that is).I personally would have thought 2bil shares would have been enough for a legitimate company too complete previous pr fluff, but it would appear selling shares, is what they plan to do from here on out .
