Just heard back from the sec.  I explained what i have seen in the trading of RIGH and BCAP.  I  also reported a few players from i hub.  He actually went to the site and looked up the guys on the boards.  Hopefully he can link the messages with the selling or buying manipulation.  He will be monitoring the trading in BCAP and RIGH so if he sees any illegal activity he will get back to me.  He also said to have others complain and do what i did because it will raise more awareness.  i will update you further on any more updates.  Look if you want things to get done you have to bring it up.
