I don't believe the processors are sitting idle. If I were to spend millions of dollars on a processor, I would want to test my own plastic and get a long run to see what the outcome fuel is produced. Processor 2 may be used for parts. Processor 3 is the flagship and purpose is to allow prospective buyers to test to their specifications. All I will say is that you and I disagree. I don't have to prove you wrong for me to be right and vice versa. It's all from the perspective we view the situation.
