If it were true?  I would think that the test that came back for SJ1 & 2 were best case scenario.  That to me would be the only way something like that happened.

Why it would be in Treaty's best interest?  BNE has refinery's and pipeline already so the overhead and risk would be pretty much gone.

What would it mean for us?  The vacation homes in Belize are going fast and drinks on me.
