I have been pissed off over this mess for some time. I tried to keep a level head about it. Then, I began get and send alot PM's. I questioned events as they were developing. I also questioned myself, wandering if I was missing something or was reading something into something that was not there. Prior to the 15D, I sent Gary a lengthy E-mail, asking him to not do what he turned around and did two days later. I am just beginning to show my contempt for him and what he is doing to me. Another investor, here, says he has an attorney, and there will be action. I never wanted a lawsuit, believing that it was not in our interest if we were to stay a publicly traded company, but, if that is all that can come out of this, then if I am going down, Gary is too. He will have to answer to the court instead of Going Private or Going Dark and not having to answer to us shareholders. So, I guess, I want the company to make good on my investment, if not, then I want punitive damages for this. GLTY.
