i believe 99.9% Baltia has a route to st petes, whether it was purchased from evergreen issued by the DOT or found in a dumpster, i have no clue. i asked 3 different FAA inspectors, one from my home state of alabama, the rattlesnake with an attitude steve moats from faa flight standards washington dc office, and the nice guy from the Chicago FAA FSDO office, all 3 said PLAIN as DAY, "the FAA cannot issue a gag order" which implies, baltia can share with us anything they want, maybe the gag order is from their attorney, in case there is a lawsuit filed on the shareholders behalf
