Yes thats what he is saying.  The move really doesn't make a whole bunch of sense though.  Lets be fair about this.  The only thing that Treaty has that BNE would possibly want is the leases in Belize.  Treaty is in on the leases with Pricess.  Treaty is not going to give the land they own in TX to BNE.  I could be wrong but a short overview tells me that he is fighting the bashers with fake good news.  As you all know I'm not a fan of the untrue good news.  It discredits us longs.
