he told me about evergreen, who the owner was, that baltia may have bought the route from them, that the dot wont issue routes without the airline being certified first..... he couldnt tell me what stage they were in the computer didnt show...i told him that the plane was at kalitta? or something like that, he was like yah thats a big outfit...one of the planes could technically was certified to fly but not for very long....the other plane isnt even registered.... he said that piliots can be certified by simulator training by a 0 time simulator. some generic stuff, call that number i gave, hes the inspector there today
