Kbad, Scenario 1 would be OTC, scenario 2 would still be OTC but possibly a higher exchange because it would have been above .10 for at least 30 days. Nasdaq listing is way down the road (years) for FITX due to the listing requirements. I believe the better scenario is to allow FITX to grow the PPS organically through revenue and uplist to a higher OTC exchange. As it climbs to higher exchanges it will gain more exposure.
