I trust them and I do agree that in all the realms of possibilities a R/S may still exist in the future, but for the purpose of getting us to the OTC I think it would be the wrong decision. I think we have many options that should be preferred over the option of a R/S.

Anything is possible and what many of us here seem to be defending is that we HOPE that Bill and John, etc. decide to use anothers means to increase pps. without a R/S.
