I'm not suggesting that the company issues "more" shares. I'm suggesting a granting of existing shares (restricted shares?) on a 1 for 1 basis.

I'm not a stock guru, so perhaps this isn't even something that the company can do. My understanding is that they can grant restricted shares as they see fit. Perhaps I'm wrong on that assumption.
