I don't understand why RS is even being discussed. Bill has adamantly stated several absolutely no RS. He is planning on a share buyback. (Or cancellation would be another potential option). This would be the healthiest way to raise the pps, along with shareholder confidence. A RS should cause shorters to flock to the stock like flies on dead meat, even though they certainly can work effectively for the company and shareholder value, they more often are detrimental and attract the type of traders we don't want associated with FITX.
