So the insiders and investors who have owned shares for years would make out like bandits and everyone else would get screwed. Ive held a few hundred thousand shares since Dec 2012 so i would probably meet you "grant date" but this would never happen and I wouldn't even want it to happen for the sake of all other shareholders.
