What I've been thinking the past few months is that FITX, upon licensing, would merge with their strategic partners EDXC, PHOT and RXNB. The timeline for the license from HC, the gift from PHOT, and the talk of uplisting around the same time brought me to this conclusion. PHOT is a no go now but a merger may still give us what we need to uplist to a higher exchange.

We will see but with Bill, nothing is impossible.
