I completely agree. Shorters never get blamed for the stocks that rise. And certainly if a stock drops by 97%, it might be time to look at other potential reasons for the drop other than shorters and bashers. If bashing really was the strategy which drove JBII down 97%, I can't imagine that those shorters who can supposedly successfully drive down a company's share price to 3% of its original value would stick around for this long for that remaining 3% when they could simply repeat that process on another stock.

Discussion boards could be really great for discussing the merits and pitfalls of any stock as an investment and could help people make better decisions whether to get in or get out. Unfortunately probably around 90% of posters treat investing like a football game where the procedure is to place a bet and then cheer in the desired direction. I suppose it's easier to cheer than it is to process information.
