Appreciate you stepping in and displaying another example of a r/s that benefited the company and all it's shareholders.

You did mention on thing in your post that is a viable alternative and that's a buyback to reduce to share count thus increasing the share price so that an uplisting can occur.

The bottom line is that with an uplist, as a shareholder you have greater chance at some really big bucks............!!
