I still don't understand what your saying, it makes no difference if you have a 1000 shares that are trading at a dime which equals 1 hundred dollars or if you have 100 shares that are trading at a dollar which also equals 1 hundred dollars. The monetary value does not change for the individual shareholders or the company's shares!

Most peoples fear of a r/s on a major exchange is that the shorts will show up and short it back down. That's probably true with a dying company but not for an up and coming company.

Just saying, people are talking about an uplist but don't want to see an r/s and at the moment that's just possible.

That's fact not criticism....!
