Your probably correct in that many people believe that is the final nail in the coffin of a dying company, not always true! I have no problem in how they uplist the stock to a higher more regulated exchange. If it's thru a r/s then so be it, if there is another way thru some sort of merger or gdr's, I'm okay with that also, what ever it takes.

The end result will be the same, with enough patience a shareholder will be well rewarded!
