Good call Budd, we will not be able to return to past highs until they are done dumping those hundreds of millions of shares. Revenue is great coming in now if it is not needed to pay other rediculously arbitrated notes. Nothing more than those insiders liquidating all their shares before merger at the expense of shareholders (longs). Can only hope that no additional notes have been issued or will be coming due in anytime soon.
