I really like the r/s option for up listing, or in the event of a merger with up list. Its a viable and realistic tool for those purposes. Either way, I'm sure John Germanario was brought on board for his experience and will lead us in a very positive direction.
Its not bashing, its a difference of opinion. I want the biggest return that I can get, as do you. I view the r/s as a tool to get me there, you don't. Its all good.
