It's brought up because as of today that's the only way that FITX will be uplisted to another exchange. Unless the share price gets up to and exceeds .10/sh were staying right where we are, simple as that!

Maybe like another poster mentioned, Mr Germinario can work some magic otherwise not much can be done about uplisting, I'm sure they have a plan though!
