Low ball bids will most likely not be filled at any time in the near future. There fore it is a very good idea to place them out there when they are more than 100 shares and can be seen.

They become more and more desperate each day as they discover they have used up the one plan they have used for years that always worked. "TAKE IT DOWN". Well that was a flop.
