IMO I think JR should do a reverse merger with KMAG @ about $1.50/shr. and become KMA TRIO RESOURCES & SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL INC. Would save him a lot of paper work, money and headaches to IPO Trio and getting KMAG back to where it belongs.
