That's the point. I am thinking It will be the same. CET had to wait almost a year. HIMR recently stated they had th permits. now they need one more. that suggests to me they recently found out about this 'last' permit. It took Alana almost a year, per Kgem, to get it. That says end of year to me. Doesn't it say the same to you?
