When they finaly sign this deal with Spectrum, If it hasn't been done already, then we wait 30 day's, or( that is 4 short week's) to finalize approval from Canada, witch is a given right now, If done correctly with the P/R's, this stock should rock, and France next in line, and if any country need's early detection it's France, with all those failed implants.
