I would assume they are looking for a company to do more than one flight a week and also Delta and AA could potentially lead to many more flights such as the Atlanta International.

It makes perfect sense for St. Petersburg to reach our to an airline that isn't grounded. Baltia had the market by the balls but were apparently so busy painting their cock golden they forget to make it useful.
