S: For the record, Allyn did state in a 07/23/2013 Letter to SKTO shareholders fhat George Jones had left the firm. Michael Choo (Director of Operations) left SK3, too, but without notice.
In the cases of both Chair Allyn and Director of Ops Choo, no notification of (officer/director) departure was posted at OTCM as required. As to Roy Laughlin, he wasn't listed at OTCM company profile. I'm not sure anyone knows what he actually was doing at SK3, if anything.
Based on fins and disclosures, both Choo and Allyn left the building in Q4 2013.
