MJMD. Sharp observation because with that purchase of 30m plus 5m granted, Lusk is controlling shareholder. What got my attention is the apparent sweetheart deal that allowed Lusk to obtain controlling interest in a firm, whose market cap is now about $80 million, for just $2000.
