MJMD Marijane Holdings, Inc was the subject of my post. Pardon typo in ticker.
The warning flags that I could see:
1) firm didn't update the Jan 15, 2014 O/S in OTCM company profile on March 20, 2014 when they updated the A/S. Why did they overlook a 54% increase in O/S after Jan 15, 2014?
2) firm's president Lusk purchased 30m shares in a private transaction for only $2,000 or $0.000067 per share!
