correction to my previous post
it was Yahoo (not RB) that didn't
allow OTC msg boards until Jan 2007
as my kids would say >> senior moment
all the other info posted is correct
re: trolls' hijacking longs' aliases from IV SMB
when Yahoo opened the FRPT board in Jan 2007 ..
