as i've noted a few x previously
imo it pertains to the cycle of money
(up/down) done via the vehicle of choice
when it comes to the OTC where JBI currently resides

this crew imo is both well PROtected and well CONnected

the 99% stat can be trotted out by rote because it is usually effective

they failed in 2010 (hence first hit piece and CSTI imported to aid and abet NITE in July 2010)
because 20 minutes of basic DD wasn't done on who held a good % of JBII's float

that is when this crew actively targeted the SEC and so it would go

as for the company >> i'm with a few other (posted) JBI investors
who believe *dark* is good ..

i don't want one PR or filing to be orchestrated off of
i want a sequence of material events filed that can't be negated/refuted or misinterpreted

they include but aren't limited to

asset sale/s
seating of BoD
change out of mgmt (ceo more street savvy)
accountability of shares pre/post uplisting
