I have not seen any announcements related to broadcasting in Iowa as yet. Steve did send out a post that ICPA is working on distribution channels that would allow anyone to view. I don't know if he meant streaming content or a dish setup, but I am sure he will let us know ASAP.
Where in Iowa? I grew up in Burlington and lived in Iowa City for almost 15 years. Chicago now.
