More credibility, fully reporting financials for full transparency, away from the "stinky pinky" stigma, etc. Many (most) true investors don't touch OTC-pink stocks because of the risk involved. They are typically plagued by day traders, and many are truly garbage stocks. Moving up to a higher exchange will bring in many more true investors because they will feel there is less risk compared with a pink sheet stock. With that said, I believe FITX is a rare gem to find in the pinks and it really deserves to be on a much higher and respectable exchange, which is why Bill has been pushing for it.
