Bronco, I was involved in a SEC investigation concerning PLNI. As mentioned numerous times, I was a shareholder witness in a trial against the CEO. He was indicted on 8 counts of securities violations and 3 or 4 counts of tax evasion. If TECO was under investigation then shareholders would be receiving calls. At a minimum some of the majority shareholders would be contacted and news of any investigation would have leaked by now. All longs agree that Schnauser, TD, and the rest of the crew are out to bring down the stock and destroy the company. They all need to be indicted for tortious interference! Justice needs to prevail in TECO's case.
