I do not think it would be wise of Baltia to make a public statement with another airline in the body of the text. If anything, perhaps something like this:

"To our shareholders - we would like to assure you that our route to St. Petersburg is exclusive, and that we are the only US-based airline that will fly to Pulkovo Airport from JFK."

No mention of Delta, AA, DOT, FAA, etc....but as you're not a shareholder, I don't suspect you'll benefit from anything Baltia says or doesn't say.
