The permit will come when you least expect it. Unlike some penny stocks, or should I say most penny stocks, this CEO does not put out false, pump PRs and spread rumors to artificially inflate the stock price.

The permit will be closely followed by the discovery of treasure which will be followed by a dramatic increase in the pps and the discovery of more and more treasure followed by continued increases in the pps. It will be a vicious cycle for the unprepared and the chasers.

And then we move on to the next wreck site... and the next... and the next...
