RFMK falls back to the Pink Sheets exchange.

It appears that the RFMK stock has fallen back to the Pink Sheets as the CEO had warned about because of the lack of meeting the new OTC bid requirement of $0.01 bid at market close.
RFMK remains as a fully reporting company and SEC filer with audited financials however since the bid over the last 30 days has not closed at $0.01 per share or higher, the new OTC bid requirement looks to have dropped RFMK back down to the Pink Sheets.
Do or do not, there is no try.
