I don't think it is possible to have 'white rooms' zoned in that area as it implies cleanliness.....and we all know that is 'farmland and farm are by nature 'dirty' , as they use dirt to make a living. Therefore zoning and the license will fail. RUN SOME MORE FOR THE HILLS.
