Just got a really cool idea. If they try to take it down to $3.17 again next week I wonder what would happen if someone had a couple hundred bid at $4.00 just above NITE. They get shares at $4.00 or 2 cents a share and NITE gets none. It's not a bad idea.
As for TDAmeriturd I say they give a few to the $9.25 bid and keep the report number for all their accounts at $3.17 for the whole weekend.
Wait till they find out that no one sold at these prices and they are placing bids.
