Yes but do you notice they keep dumping into the .0315 bid, sometimes for significantly more than the 20,000 share bid but cannot seem to push the PPS down?  I hope this indicates someone has set the floor and will continue to accumulate at this level.  We need news; that will get the ask hitting to resume.  Funny, I put in a small buy order today for just under 3000 shares and I put my bid in at .0316; my order eventually filled but my bid never showed on the quote screen.  Someone controls this.  Anyway, news will come and it will make .0316 per share seem like a gift.  Go TECO, Morts
