joey: Let's first see if SK3 regains tier status as Pink Current Information. That would obligate SK3 to file Q1 2014 fins on May 15 or (if late) May 20, or face downgrade. Tier change should happen by tomorrow. However, if for some reason SKTO remains in Limited Info tier, SK3 then has no obligation to file Q1 2014 on those dates. Keep an eye peeled on OTCM.
