Yes. Your DD is very solid. With as much as you have in this, I'd be sure it was solid too. We all appreciate the healthy speculation and DD you share. I feel this OTC rule won't do much harm for companies like this. Only real inconvenience i see here are the fees involved in being traded up a tier when over a cent, (based on new enforced OTC standards). But that's not really even worth worrying about.

Other than upcoming news and PR, Are they still required to report?
