Then if that's the case, Delta can't fly to Pulkovo direct from NY....which means they'll probably just buyout Baltia when the company is certified. There are two Delta planes right across Baltia's HQ at JFK, idk if you've seen them. I have a picture of them from the HQ view, it's kind of interesting. Delta has to know Baltia is right across the street.
