Not trying to scare anyone, I have a lot invested and will feel much better when that license is in hand. I've been involved with attaining a license in Canada within the oil industry and they require a lot of detail especially in an environmental impact statement. However, they always worked with you assembling the permit or lets say approving each aspect of the permit as things were completed so that when the final task was completed the permit was granted within a couple of days rather than having to wait 30 days for them to get up to speed. They know as well as anyone that time is money so they always worked with you to expedite things as quickly as possible.

Like I said, not trying to scare anyone. I worked for a fortune 500 company and the only time we really celebrated was at years end assuming we met or exceeded the profit and revenue goals.
