Shorters paradise is what I am making of it. There is always a big dip in price before registrations, uplistings and mergers. The shorters know this. The volume is low, indicative of shorters (and feeble minded panic sellers). If the long term core investors were leaving the volume would be much higher. The other day DollarFan pointed out the OTCShort Reports had short sales at 49%. That is what is killing this stock for sure.
